I am a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and M&A, built at leading international law firms. Professional postings in Hong Kong and Singapore saw me advise multinationals on complex cross-border transactions and gave me first-hand knowledge of Asian markets.

Every day I provide ongoing counsel to SMEs and family businesses: governance and shareholder relations, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements and ancillary documentation, through to extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, demergers, transformations) and mid-market M&A.

In venture capital I advise funds, companies and entrepreneurs on investment and acquisition transactions, with a particular focus on growing startups and scale-ups. I graduated in Law from the University of Florence, with a thesis on corporate tax planning in Asia. My philosophy is simple: a pragmatic approach, building tailored solutions for each client.
